I'm trying to transcribe a warlock subclass that grants Eldritch Blast so it doesn't count against your known cantrips. When I add a Rod of the Pact Keeper the To Hit bonus does not go up, but it does if I select Eldritch Blast as a regular learned spell. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks!
