I'm running a campaign were every time the players defeat a boss, they get an item made specifically for one player. each boss is based on one of the core stats and the one I can't come up with an idea for is an item based on wisdom that needs to be fore a cleric with a deep connection to emotions. here are the other items that I don't want any overlap
cha lute that summons a gas snake
int an item that can edit or create new magic items (i already did the balancing)
str an axe that has adds a bit of extra damage that the enemy is weak to
con a talisman that is able to combine two consenting living things
dex a set of daggers that when hit with lightning damage absorbs the electricity and makes the user invisible till they unleash the power in the daggers with an attack.
This necklace resembles a closed eye which opens when it is used.
The idol has 3 charges, regaining all expended charges at dawn. You may spend a charge to cast Detect Thoughts with a range of touch. The spell ends early if you are no longer touching the creature. You can use all 3 charges while touching an unconscious creature, changing their alignment to match your own. A creature who has their alignment changed in this way can only be changed back with a Remove Curse Spell
