I posted this last night, however i have made a few changes since then and would like for more people to take a look for feedback purposes. I really like the item(s) and if you do or don't, i would love to know why.
Also, my intention is to do something similar for each class. if anyone has some ideas about what ability i should tie an item to for each class, it would be appreciated
I was actually thinking about doing something similar for the classes. Barbarian gets an upgraded rage. Bard upgraded inspiration. Cleric upgraded channel divinity. Druid getting some custom wild shapes, etc...Just kinda going through all of their signature abilities. I play a bard myself and the idea I thought of was an item that when attuned to it allows you to expend two uses of bardic inspiration to perform a mass inspiration in which up to 6 allies within 60 ft that can hear you can all gain inspiration simultaneously.

Pretty cool item, I like the idea.

i agree, for bard i was also thinking of inspiration as the outlet.
for the barbarian i was thinking the item could add a secondary effect to reckless attack specifically.
example: Totem Warrior:... when you reckless attack, gain a +1 AC until the end of your next turn.
