Just checking because maybe I missed it, but the restriction portion of the spell in homebrew items doesn't seem to appear anywhere on the character sheet/in the item when the item is given to a character. Does anyone know if this is a bug, not implemented, or is there somewhere I'm missing it?

Still haven't found an answer to this and wondering if anyone else is having the same problems?
