Need help with Racial feat.

Hi guys, need some help with a racial feat.

I have a feat that gives you the option to choose between 5 distinct ancestor types, I would like to link each choice to a different Modifier.

Such that if you select Option 1, you gain Modifier 1 and only that, if you select option 2, you gain modifier 2 and only that, etc.?

Can anyone tell me what I am missing to set this up?

Since no-one has been able to tell me what to do I decided to release ver. 1, where the player has to manually add the bonus on the sheet.
