I am in a long running campaign with a bunch of friends and we have a system in place for top-tier characters that have a hard cap on any ability score of 36. I have managed to reach such an absurd number in TWO stats, but I need to learn how to make even a SINGLE score go to 36. I am aware I need to make a homebrew item for this but I cant figure out how to reach that number. All I keep reaching is 20. Help, please!
