I noticed Alchemist's Fire has a "Burning" condition; I was wondering if there some way I can apply that condition as a tool tip

So Alchemist's Fire (as stated while hovering over it) states a burning condition as a tool tip; When I try to apply the tool tip to a spell it doesn't work. I've tried [condition] and [hazard] (these were the closest I got) but again they don't seem to work.

Is there anyway I can apply a burning tool tip to a spell's description?
