Hello, I'm simply looking for interesting ideas for subclasses, items and other things that I can make in my free-time. I mostly make stuff that just seems fun, but I'd like to branch out a bit and see what other people would like.
Path of ______: Any barbarian that uses a different emotion or energy other than anger to fuel their "rage" bonuses.
Path of Vexation: A barbarian that damages themself to fuel rage.
College of Puppetry: Performs by controlling or effecting others.
College of Wailing: Does art have to be happy?
Plague Domain: You know, Gods in various religions and mythologies send plagues, so...
Epoch Domain: Follows the Gods of fate, or time
I have too many druid ideas...
Circle of Evolution: Well? Aren't monstrous creatures part of nature too? Transform into monstrosities!
Circle of Geology: And geology, like mountains, are also nature, though unliving... no wildshape here though.
Circle of Flora: Why can't I wild shape into plants? Huh? Well, this subclass can.
Circle of the Far: Well, also nature... just... of the far realms, so its aberration nature.
Reincarnated: Fighter with enhanced survivability from being partially undead.
Antimage: Fighter with magic-resistant abilities
Warrior of the Parasite: The body is in a symbiotic relationship with a parasite that enhances it's abilities. Maybe with a cost, that could be interesting...
Warrior of the Zenith: Harness the powers of the sky... I don't know how to explain my idea. Sorry.
You know, I preferred when monks were "Way of the ____"
Any Paladin with complex morals, couldn't really think of anything.
I literally didn't have any ranger ideas before this.
Phaser: Rogue that can blink in and out of reality, or maybe negative space
Forte Mage: Sorcerer focused on being really powerful with one element (fire, poison, cold, you get the idea).
Memory Patron: Patron is trapped inside an object that the warlock has with them. I actually made this once, but I like sharing my ideas, so you can too.
Archdragon Patron: Did you know dragons have magic in dnd? Theoretically, some dragons could be patrons.
School of Summoning: Wizard that summons powerful things to fight for them
Savant: Wizards are geniuses. Why not a skill or lore focused wizard?
