This is my idea for a strength based rouge. If you've ever wanted to play a bulky henchman, goon, or other nasty thug, this is the subclass for you.
Any feedback or suggestions for the 17th level feature would be appreciated, I haven't played much high-level D&D.
Enforcers are the brutes, thugs, and bodyguards among criminal circles. If the Boss needs to collect a debt, intimidate someone, or simply send a message, they send you.
Level 3: Enforcer Training
You gain proficiency with martial melee weapons, medium armor, and shields.
You can ignore the finesse requirement when making a Sneak Attack with a melee weapon. In addition, you can Sneak Attack with Unarmed Strikes if you use the damage feature.
When you gain your Cunning Strike feature, you can use Strength instead of Dexterity when determining the DC.
Level 3: Brawler
When you hit with your Unarmed Strike and deal damage, you can deal Bludgeoning damage equal to 1d6 plus your Strength or Dexterity modifier (your choice) instead of the normal damage of an Unarmed Strike.
In addition, you can make an Unarmed Strike as a Bonus Action. You can make this Bonus Action an amount of times equal to your Strength or Dexterity modifier (whichever is higher) and you regain all uses when you finish a short rest.
Level 9: Cunning Brutality
You gain the following Cunning Strike options.
Grappling Strike (Cost: 1d6). The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be grappled by you.
You must have a free hand, and the target must be large or smaller, to use this feature.
Imposing Strike (Cost: 1d6). The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw, or it has the Frightened condition for 1 minute.
The Frightened target repeats the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Level 13: Uncanny Retribution
Your training allows you to shrug off blows and strike back in revenge.
When you use your Uncanny Dodge, you can make a single melee weapon attack or unarmed strike as part of the same reaction. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Strength or Dexterity modifier (whichever is higher), and you regain all uses when you finish a long rest.
Thank you for your suggestions, being able to use ranged weapons with Uncanny Retribution was an oversight. And the other changes will make thinks slightly smoother.
