My first thought was, "Why is it immune to slashing?" so you may want to explain that a little bit in the description. Mechanically, the slashing immunity is offset well by the vulnerability to bludgeoning. Certainly, it's not hard to damage this creature for someone who knows how. That's good. I like the idea of leaving a trail of poisonous slime trail. The creature could hit and run and force the pursuers to deal with the toxic sludge as they give chase.
I like the themed elements of poison attacks. Typically when something poisons a target, they get to make a saving throw against a certain DC and they are poisoned if they fail the save. You may consider revising the attack and feature descriptions to indicate this. You could even make the save DC higher on its stronger attacks. On the housekeeping side, you wrote "Regeneration. Every Turn the Venom Spawn regenerates 1-4 hit points depending on a 1d4 roll." and you could consolidate that to simply "Regeneration. Every Turn the Venom Spawn regenerates 1d4 hit points."
All of this criticism is meant to be constructive. I like this monster.

If anyone can give me feedback to improve this homebrew monster that would be greatly appreciated!

It isn't clear how Sludge Attacks works, especially since it is under the Actions section.
How do you determine the self-dealt damage? Does it count as acid damage for 'Noxious Repellent', and what is the recommended save?
