Im trying to make an item of plate amour that grants +1 to AC to reduces movement by 5, i have applied a modifier that has a modifier type of speed reduction and a modifier sub type of remove and a value of 5 but when the item is equipped all i seem the get is the + to AC and no reduction in movement.
any ideas?
