Hi, I would like to delete some published home-brew. I understand the reasoning behind the reason why you can't do this but as no-one has yet downloaded it, I was wondering if an exception could be made. I now understand that publishing should only happen when it is a polished item but as this was my first race I have done it a little wrong. The things I would like to "unpublish" are the sub races for my 'Fey Ent' race. I would just update them and release a new edition but this doesn't seem to be a possibility. The two subclasses are called, ' Wandering Progeny' and 'Primordial Shepherd'. I have actually published two versions of each. Sorry! If they could be made no longer published a would appreciate it more than words can say. I found they weren't balanced enough to play but would like to make them so. Here are the links to the sub races I would love to be made no longer public:
You can't actually delete them. If what you want to do is create a new version, that's possible.
Go to your collection and click on the subrace so it drops down. Then, in the upper-right hand corner, you should see a button that says "Create New Version". Click that, and a copy of the subrace will appear, unpublished. Edit it as you please. When you're done, publish the new version, and it will replace the old one. UNTIL YOU PUBLISH THE NEW VERSION, THE OLD ONE CAN BE SEEN PUBLICLY. Once you have published the new version, other viewers will see the new version (if they want to, they can see the old version, but they'll know it's obsolete). You will be able to see both versions.
The Problem I am having is that there are two sub races, so when I create a new version of the main race, I have to then manually create the sub races again. This means that I've never actually created a new version of the new ones and so they are still there. Thanks for the reply but do you know any way around this?

The race and the subraces should both show up in your collection. For instance, I have a homebrew race, the Arkavas, with 4 subraces. In my collection, there is a separate entry for each one (Arkavas, Assassin Arkavas, etc.).
If you aren't making any changes to the whole race, you have to make a new version of the subrace. Just look through your collection for "Wandering Progeny" (or you could use the search bar in your collection), click on it to drop it down, and make a new version of it. When you publish the new version, it will update the subrace, but not the whole race. Then, repeat for Primordial Shepard.
Basically, you have to make a new version of the subrace, not the whole race.

I hope this helps!
