My friend gave it to me for his campaign but it doesn't actually exist so trying to remember the stats for it can be slightly annoying but I'm not good at creating homebrew items. I was hoping someone could help me out.
These are the stats he gave me
great spear of the wind 1d8+STG 3 charge spear hail(AOE 15ft 1d8+STG, expend all 3 for 10d8+STG in line or throw for 12d8+STG)LVL 1 only 1 charge
