I have a dwarven forge domain cleric in my game who is all about crafting. I am looking to add some additional properties that could be specially crafted onto weapons and armor.
Is there any property that you wish could be added that isn't currently covered? I am shifting somethings away from what would be traditionally considered enchantments to make them smith able things. For example a +1 long sword would actually just be a "Long Sword of Uncommon Quality" instead of making it "magical" it is simply a more refined and elegant weapon. It would still maintain the "Magical" property for purposes of overcoming resistances and immunity.
I know a lot of People like the "Keen" enchantment from pathfinder/critical roll so i was planning on doing that, basically increasing the chance of a critical hit by 5%.
The Fierce Weapon Property- A weapon with Fierce property is often jagged and poorly balanced. Its jagged edges tears through hide and flesh with ease leaving devastating wounds. It struggles to pierce thicker hides and plate armor.
Any weapon with the Fierce property has a -5 to hit and a +10 to damage.
This property cannot be combined with the Armor Piercing property.
The Armor Piercing Weapon Property- A weapon with the Armor Piercing weapon property can punch through thick hide and plate armor like a knife through hot butter.
Any weapon with the Armor Piercing property has a +10 to hit and a -5 to damage.
This property cannot be combined with the Fierce Property.
The Savage Weapon Property- A weapon with Savage weapon property does devastating damage to a well placed hit. Roll 1 additional weapon damage when scoring a critical hit.
A Standard Longsword doing 1d8 damage crits to 2d8 damage.
A Savage Longsword doing 1d8 damage crits to 3d8 damage.
This property cannot be combined with the Keen Property.
