When using the Homebrew magic item creation tools I am running into 2 situations I am hoping you all can assists with. Can anyone let me know if the current version of Homebrew allows the below options and if yes how.
1. Add a Homebrew feat. There is a section to add a feat but I can not find an option to add a homebrew feat.
2. Have item reduce Maximum Hit Points by a set number.
Any help is appreciated.
