I am creating a homebrew item, and I want it to change nat 20's to 1's and nat 1's to 20's. Is there any modifier or something I can use? I cannot find anything.

D&D Beyond's dice rolling tool doesn't support this sort of thing (even for official things like the Great Weapon Fighting feat).
