I dont understand the question. There are some spells that allow the summoning of mounts (find steed). Otherwise, they have to be bought from a merchant. You can add them to character sheets by using the extras tab.
I think that covers everything.

How does everyone create animals\mounts? Magical items or something? Do you just give your player's physical copies of something?
