Why cant i see the "Limited Use" section of the "Action" aspect of a subclass feature?

When i make a copy of gunslinger, i can see the "limited use" in the "adept marksmen" feature's "action"

However, when i make my own subclass, and make an "action" for one of its features, i can not see the "limited use" section.

Any idea why?
