As the title says, this isn't exactly a campaign, but the basic idea of one. This is in homebrew, because there is a mass of classes and races to be shown.
So, the idea is a campaign where its a world comprising of the shows and anime the players's decide to base their characters from. It is going to be chaos, and super unbalanced, but hopefully fun.
