Looks good to me with the ability score increase, though maybe make it a +2 to the score, cause if you have a 20 in strength, 21 won't improve the modifier. The other ability to persuade your opponents seems really weak, just because the DC is 10. It should be 8 + prof. bonus + CHA. modifier
This beautiful, almost five foot tall mirror decorated with various gems stands before you, showing a clean clear image of yourself.
This mirror will attempt to telepathically persuade every creature within 120 feet of it that has an intelligence of 4 or higher to come to it and look in the mirror. To resist the urge a creature must make a Wisdom saving throw with a DC of 10. On a success, a creature becomes immune to this effect for 24 hours.
By spending one minute looking at itself in the mirror and wondering what they would want to change in themselves, a creature can gain a permanent plus one to any ability score of its choice. This can increase their ability score over 20. A creature can gain this boost only once during its lifetime. After the minute has passed the creature must make a Wisdom saving throw with a DC of 20 or become unhappy with their new self. These thoughts of needing to be stronger or more charismatic (depending on their choice of attribute) fills their mind. The creature obsessively starts working towards their goal, eventually forgetting everything else around them; work, friends, family, etc. Eventually, the addiction towards their goal becomes unbearable. For every week that a creature is under the effects of the mirror's charm, it will gain a level of exhaustion, starting the following week.
This mirrors charm effect ignores immunities. A creature under the effect of this mirror can roll a new saving throw once per week, starting the following week. Casting a spell or using a special ability that ends the charmed condition on an effected creature grants it advantage on its next saving throw. A wish spell will end this effect immediately.
Otherwise I agree with KafueLechwe; a +1 is very situational. If your intent is to allow someone to benefit from having more than 20 in a stat, this won't do it. You need at least 22 to get a +6 modifier.

Cleaned it up a bit:
