I got the book by Sandey Peterson about incorporating lovecraft content to 5e and was wondering if anyone else tried it and faced any balancing issues especially the races and classes.

Born under the watch of something from the furthest corners of the far realms.... It knows all.... it sees all... and it asks: "What is it that you want to see?"... and my answer is... ALL"
Not yet, but I have just begun to DM an adventure where the characters will be encountering a wizard who has found one of the grimoires and begun to utilize it, with no understanding of what it is or what he is doing. It takes place in my homebrew world, and is still primarily a sword and sorcery setting, but there are thick unexplored forests dotted around the landscape, and in their depths, plenty of opportunities for some cosmic horror. I'll be sure to share my thoughts once they finish the adventure (which admittedly could be in months).
