I've been GMing for about a decade now and homebrewing for all of that time - started with GURPS 3e and I've run a few long-term D&D 5e campaigns now. I noticed a lack of equoids in the homebrew section as I was planning to use them in my current campaign, and figured I should make them myself. If you've read the Laundry, you know what's up. I toned them down a bit, but I think the essence is still there.
So behold. The Cone-Snail, the False Unicorn, the Adult Equoid and of course the Spawning Equoid (which is a mashup of a couple of Shub-Niggurath's children from the Cthulhu Mythos 5e supplement, one of my favorites of all time).
Feedback appreciated. I won't be using these for at least a month, so I figured it couldn't hurt to get some more eyes on them and opinions on their design. My players seem to be having fun fighting my homebrew monsters so far, but this interconnected series of a monster at different stages of its life-cycle isn't something I've tried before.
Thanks in advance, Jak
