So the goal of this was to create a wonderous item that gifted a Druid a bonus Wild Shape Charge. A bonus to ST and Wis ST with advantage for flair. Is this too broken?
Headdress of the Wild Hunt
Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a druid with the ability to wild shape.)
This headdress of toughened leather is adorned with a set of antlers, several types of feathers and seemingly intricate, and ever changing Druidcraft. Attunement requires a druid with the ability to Wild Shape.
While attuned to this headdress, you have a +2 bonus to savings throws. You also make Wisdom savings throws at advantage.
The Headdress has one charge that can be used to cast Animal Shapes, as a Bonus Action, targeting only yourself. This spellcasting follows the rules and restrictions of the your current Wild Shape ability. If you can not yet Wild Shape into a beast with flight, the Headdress can not allow you to do so. If you have the ability to cast spells while in a wild shape, so to can the form granted by the Headdress. Once this charge has been used, it cannot be used again until you have had a Long Rest.
