Hello, I am having some problems creating a homebrew item, its a different type of Healers kit, that with a Medicine Roll it gives the ability to heal small amounts before HP potions become viable on the campaign.
So i want to make 2 things, a Medicine Roll, 1d20+medicine. And a simple 1d6+medicine roll.
how do I do that? I tried with modifiers with no avail.
is there any way to add it on the dive roller
