I am working on a new campaign and for one of the vendors I took inspiration from the adventure zone for one of their mechanics. I am working on a list of homebrew items and the players will roll a dice to decide which item they get. I have a few items but if I could get some ideas that would be awesome. 

how about a colonially empire thing, I rarely see people have colonial empires

Just spit balling here but how about a new continent was just raised (with wildlife included) and every nation is racing to get some territory on it.
