Too many Option boxes in my custom Sorcerer subclass?

You're supposed to only be able to pick one option like a deity alignment with Divine Soul, but I have 7 options when I only want 1?

It's supposed to be like Divine Soul Sorcerer, one option box that upon selection locks the others out.
