Decided to try my hand at some homebrew, which is probably immensely unbalanced, so any help is appreciated. Looking at the level 20 feature of the warlock, both me and my warlock player were unimpressed, so I tried to work out some subclass related alternatives. Any and all feedback is welcome.
Grand Aspect -As a reaction which you take immediately after ending your turn, you can invoke the power of your patron and gain the following benefits depending on your subclass. These benefits last for 1 hour or until you attempt to end it as an action. Ending the transformation early requires a successful DC 30 Charisma save, reduced by 2 for each 10 minute period that has passed. You can't use this feature again until you complete a long rest.
Fey Aspect (Archfey Pact) -You immediately regain all of your Pact Magic spell slots, and you have access to your entire expanded spell list for the duration. -Your alignment becomes that of your patron, work with your DM to determine their Alignment, and how that would affect you. -Your form is wreathed by unearthly beauty or hideousness. When you are hit by an attack, the creature must make a Charisma Save against your Spell Save DC. On a failed save, the target is charmed or frightened until the end of it's next turn, entranced by you -You can double your proficiency bonus with any Charisma (Persuasion) or Charisma (Intimidation) Checks you make until the end of your transformation.
Celestial Aspect (Celestial Pact) -You immediately regain all of your Pact Magic spell slots, and you have access to your entire expanded spell list for the duration. -Your alignment becomes that of your patron, work with your DM to determine their Alignment, and how that would affect you. -Your form is wreathed in heavenly radiance. You cast bright sunlight in a 60 foot radius, and an additional 60ft of dim light beyond that. At the start of your turn, any number creatures within the area of bright light takes 2d8 radiant damage. -You can immediately tell if any lie is told in your presence, and can comprehend any spoken language.
Demonic/Devilish Aspect (Fiend Pact) -You immediately regain all of your Pact Magic spell slots, and you have access to your entire expanded spell list for the duration. -Your alignment becomes that of your patron, work with your DM to determine their Alignment, and how that would affect you. -Your form is wreathed in Unholy Flames. You cast dim light within 60 feet of you, and any bright light within this range is reduced to dim light.. At the start of your turn, any number creatures within that area takes 3d8 fire damage which ignores resistance. -You gain resistance to Nonmagical Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage.
Eldritch Aspect (Great Old One Pact) -You immediately regain all of your Pact Magic spell slots, and you have access to your entire expanded spell list for the duration. -Your alignment becomes that of your patron, work with your DM to determine their Alignment, and how that would affect you. -Your mind is warped and twisted into alien configurations. When you are hit by an attack, the creature that made it must make an intelligence save against your Spell Save DC. On a failed save, the creature is incapacitated until the start of it's next turn. -You can double your proficiency bonus on any Intelligence (History) or Intelligence (Arcana) checks you make until the end of your transformation.
Fell Aspect (Hexblade Pact) -You immediately regain all of your Pact Magic spell slots, and you have access to your entire expanded spell list for the duration. -Your alignment becomes that of your patron, work with your DM to determine their Alignment, and how that would affect you. -Your weapon is emboldened, becoming one with you. You gain advantage on weapon attacks with your Hex Weapon, and with each attack, you may choose to gain advantage on the roll, or take the maximum on any damage die. -When you use your Hexblade's curse, you may target a number of creatures equal to your Charisma modifier.
Vile Aspect (Undying Pact) -You immediately regain all of your Pact Magic spell slots, and you have access to your entire expanded spell list for the duration. -Your alignment becomes that of your patron, work with your DM to determine their Alignment, and how that would affect you. -You flesh is grayed and gaunt, reminiscent of your patron. Undead within 30ft of you consider you an ally until you take any hostile action against them. You may attempt to charm a number of them equal to your charisma modifier as an action. If they still consider you an ally, or have less than 8 intelligence, they have disadvantage on the save. -You regain 10 hp at the start of your turn
