Okay, I'm linking is a druid in this example, even though alignment actually a ranger of the swarm, but I feel like a druid is more likely to have that happen. Let's say your druid has a transformation into a queen bee, which said druid take over a hive, and do all the things that a queen being naturally does, while in their transform state. Or does transforming into the creature makes you temporarily unable to fertilize, or in this case to be fertilizer.
Totally up to the DM. In the FR canon dragonborn, half-dragons, aasimar, tieflings, etc. are said to have originated from a Zeus-like trysts between dragons or outsiders and humanoids while polymorphed. Most games would probably not benefit from any real detail here.
