Starting at 3d level, you are excellent at providing emotional support to your allies. Whenever you use your Bardic Inspiration on an ally, they are also cleansed of the Charmed or Frightened conditions, and are generally put into higher spirits. Additionally, they cannot be Charmed or Frightened for an amount of rounds equal to half your Charisma modifier (rounded down).
Token of Friendship
Starting at level 3, you can weave your magic into an item to show your friendship for a creature. You can spend one hour and 50 GP to create a set magical items known as Tokens of Friendship. This item can take on any form as long as it can fit into the palm of your hand. It is most often a friendship bracelet or similar item. The process creates a pair of them. You and the creature wearing or carrying the token are magically connected, and are able to telepathically communicate with one another as long as you are on the same plane of existence. Additionally, when you and the creature currently wearing or carrying the Token of Friendship are within 100 feet of one another, the two items magically react, and you both gain a 1d4 bonus on attack rolls and saving throws. If the Token of Friendship is given willingly to another creature, it looses its magical effect, and both crumble to dust. The same happens if you attempt to craft a new set of Tokens.
Warm Hugs
Starting at 6th level, your hugs gain magical properties. As an action, you can hug a creature within 5 feet of you that is not more than 2 size classes larger than you. Your hug soothes and cleanses them, causing them to recover 6d8 HP and to be cured of the Poisoned, Paralyzed, Blinded, or Deafened conditions. This recharges on a Long Rest.
Power of Friendship
Starting at level 14, your ability to inspire your friends has grown to be able to let them continue fighting beyond what is normally possible. As a Reaction, whenever you see a friendly creature that knows you well get reduced to 0 HP, you can inspire them to keep going by expending two uses of Bardic Inspiration. The creature is revitalized by your magical words, and is brought back to 1/4th of their max HP.
My first Bard subclass, despite going by Bard on most social media for over a year now. Based on being a wholesome cinnamon roll and being helpful while doing so. Leave critique and opinions below, and feel free to use it in your own games! Cheers!
the emotional support, I feel like it makes the countercharm even weaker, or at least that seems a bit too powerful for a 3rd lvl ability.
the token of friendship, it can basically be used as an infinite bless and bonus to attack roll as long as you stay within 100ft, which is usually the case in combat for example, and in addition to that, you also got a telepathic connection. Once again, this seems a bit too powerful to me, especially at 3rd level, tho I rly like the base idea.
for the lvl 14 ability, I'm not used to bard that high level, so I don't know, overall I think the lvl 6th and 14th abilities are probably okay, and I rly like the idea of this subclass and the feel ou get from it when reading the description, god job !
Overall, an ok first go. I agree a bit too op for level 3 abilities, and sixth is pretty balanced. Level 14 is a bit too much. I would limit it to 1/long rest, and brings them up to go equal to your bard level (cause why not?). For the token ability, I would say within 30ft of each other and can add your prof bonus, so it scales. The other one, I would just say that they remove charmed or frightened, anything more is very powerful. That alone is powerful and reasonable. I would be careful with how you present and say things. As cool as it was, the only thing putting me off this subclass is the wording. It sounds a bit too 'soppy' for me, but don't worry about the grumpy tree 🌳😜

That's fair. Here's the revised version:
