I want to add a homebrew language so it can be the default for a homebrew race, as well as a choice for my players' character sheets. How would I do that?
Is adding homebrew languages and/or adding more base languages still in the works? I am homebrew-izing a NPC race, and was surprised that a official WotC language wasn't on the DDB list.

You can't create homebrew languages outside of directly adding them to character sheets under proficiencies
