I’d say it’s very good in certain situations, but it’s very situational. It can be very powerful in the right campaign. Personally, I’d make it so you have to speak the fiends name out loud when you attack or something like that, but it looks good how it is.
It’s worth it to notice that a paladin or rogue with this can do an insane amount of damage against certain fiends. As long as you are ok with this happening, go for it. But be aware of the power that comes with it
I know auto-crit is dangeroud, but I think the dagger is kept in check by the requirement that it must know the fiend's true name. Do you agree?

Yeah that's a good call out. I think if it were ever to get out of hand I can have the soul of the cleric takes inside redeem himself and pass on.
