So apparently, wagons propelled by sails were historically a thing in medieval China, early modern Europe, and even the old West. It could be a neat vehicle for a campaign set in a desert, or where travel is a constant.
Im thinking it could have the same weight limit as a wagon or carriage, cannot bypass difficult terrain via a feat like the Rangers', but gives some kind of time bonus to travel over open land.
