I'm currently a PST timezone (Though mid next month I will be moving and become MDT). I've been playing tabletop games for nine years, started with Pathfinder and moved to 5e.
I am looking for a homebrew campaign preferably as I find these campaigns tend to involve the character origins and ties more. I'm a roleplayer, I like to play as my character and stay in character as much as I can.
Paid or not paid doesn't matter to me, but I do not like homebrew rules in campaigns that punish players and make the game unfun. No crit fail charts, no complicated initiative, no gritty realism that becomes a slog. I personally don't find those types of rules enjoyable. I'm an older player, there isn't really topics that are off-limits as long as they are handled well and not GoT shock for the sake of shock.
What do I want to be?
I have character concepts that I've wanted to try out for awhile.
Tiefling; Rogue Soul Knife, Fighter Echo Knight, or Paladin (undecided subclass) depending on the rest of the party. I've mostly always played casters (Warlock/Bard/Wizard) and want to have a chance to play something out of my element!
