Hello everyone!

I am new to D&D and have limited knowledge of the different versions of the game. I was introduced to D&D through a podcast and am now interested in participating in a game!

If there are any D&D groups in North Phoenix (I live in Anthem) that would be willing to have me join it would be amazing!

I have started doing research into D&D but have been a bit overwhelmed. If anyone knows of good way to get a proper grasp on the fundamentals that would be greatly appricitated.

The "Phoenix, AZ" thread is arranging a meetup in Glendale, it's a bit of a drive, but if you want a quick group that may be the way to go. We'll be able to help coach and teach you should you decide to show up. Post in that thread if you're interested.

Otherwise, I'm sure this thread will have a couple of bites in the coming week or two with people closer to you.

I'm in Paradise Valley. A little closer... Wouldn't mind getting a group together around here. We can meet at my place, once my wife and I get that dining room decuttered. Let's keep this thread going for folks in the North Valley but not super close to Glendale. 

Ok sounds good, thanks for the replies. Glendale is a bit too far, It would take a little over half a tank of gas each meetup which wouldn't be sustainable for me
