I tried to do a post looking for a group as a player earlier this week. I realized very quickly that it's easier to find a group on here if you're a DM, so here we go XD I'm Unicornz. I've been playing D&D for a while, but I recently started DMing. I was running Curse of Strahd with an online group, but it, unfortunately, fell through due to scheduling conflicts. The good news is that I have the whole adventure prepped, so it's essentially open-world for a new party to run it. One disclaimer, I am new to being a DM, so I'd love to run this with either new players or experienced players with a lot of patience. There will be mistakes on my end XD I just want to have a fun time and create a story together along the way. Curse of Strahd is pretty dark, as a DM I try to lighten it up in places. Just because of the darker setting, I'm asking that players be 18+. 

Time: I'm thinking Tuesday or Wednesday around 9 pm, EST, once a week. I know schedules can be busy, so I'm also up to making it biweekly. 

Communication: Discord. Voice or video is fine. 

Gameplay: D&D Beyond for Character sheets. I usually either do Roll 20, or Google drawing for maps. I also like to include a lot of theater of the mind, so I don't use maps for every situation.

Just reply to this thread to start a conversation. I'd like to aim between 3-5 players. I'm also more than willing to help new players design their characters or answer any questions about that. In my experience, Curse of Strahd seems to be a good first campaign.

Hey Unicornz97 I am interested in joining your Curse of Strahd campaign. I am almost 22 years old. I have started playing D&D about 3 months ago. I am currently in a campaign with a newer DM on Sundays. My preferred D&D gaming day is Wednesday. Normally on Tuesdays between the hours of 7:30-11:00 p.m. EST I have 2 different class lectures to attend. I hope this is not a problem for you and the other players.
