I have been playing D&D since I was about 10 (19 years ago). However, all of my "play time" has pretty much been me as the DM. While I absolutely love DMing and world creating, I would very much like to actually play in a game.
I am desperate to actually get to be a player. I would even consider being someone with a negative INT mod who doesn't talk to avoid "meta-knowledge" or whatever. I honestly would just very much like for once, to be able to be a player instead of the person with all the pressure on them.
If anyone is in need of an extra player (for literally whatever role the party needs) please let me know. Please.
Im but am current running a game on sunday 9pm AEST +10 - atm it’s also only every two weeks
if that works for ya the setting for my game is kind of crazy so I’ll try and give the basic.
foundation is normal dnd but I’m instead of the normal one world its a universe filled with all the video games/movies/anime/tv shows iv ever watched/played that’s constantly shifting and evolving - if a player jokes about something then reality may respond making it real. I also use roll20 for the battles and stuff and dndbeyond for the characters and homebrew.
Thanks for all the replies. I should probably have mentioned I am PST, and any game would have to take place after 5pm on a weekday. I am a single working dad, so finding time on weekends is impossible unfortunately.
Only if the situation calls for it. If the campaign is a gritty 18+ game, sure. If it isn't and/or there are younger people, then no. I like to think that common sense applies in character as much as out of.
