The land of Liani is beset by an ancient curse. Spreading from The Maw, an ancient battleground where an ancient being known as the Nalrast Wurm was defeated by the combine forces of both man, elf and dwarf. The corruption has made the empires of man, dwarf and the monstrous races work together. A tenuous treaty is stuck and they must all work together to bring a stop to the spreading darkness. The shifty Drow have arisen and made plans to subvert the dwarven city of Deephelm. What could be making the city the target or thier vengeance?
