I am a first-time DM running my son and 2 of his friends through the Lost Mines of Phandelver adventure. None of them have ever played D&D before. I have about 1yr experience as a player and I have DMed a handful of one-shots for players in my main campaign. The right players will be new to d&d, looking to learn the game with other young players their age, in a positive, online environment. I am a 17-year old (turning 18 in a month) girl with about 2 and a half years of experience playing D&D. I'm familiar with most of the basic rules of 5e, so I wouldn't say I'm learning to play, but I have been looking for a group of players my age. I also have some experience with Avrae, the discord bot that works with D&D beyond, so I may be able to help if you plan on using that. 

I've got five characters, with my first choice being my tabaxi rogue, but I've also got a tiefling wizard, human cleric,  half-elf bard, and a Dragonborn fighter I'd be willing to play.

Hey, I know I'm a bit late to the party, but would love to set up a chance to join in if you set up another 1 shot, or have an opening in a campaign. I've never played before, but have been into fantasy for a long time. I'm fairly lorewise (Have been going through an ongoing book series, book 37 comes out in a few months), so that kind of info I probably won't need much help with. I've also played some of the Baldurs Gate games, so understand how the basics of the game would work (though I didn't play them very long). Also, I'm a bit past the average age you have already (28), but don't mind learning with some youngers, I'm young at heart haha.
