Looking for players to take part in my campaign

I have created my own homebrew campaign and I'm looking for players to play it, I have not been a DM before so I'm very new to it. I'm planning on it taking place every Monday, 12 pm - 4 pm, NZST. That time can change to suit everyone as well. I'm planning on the campaign lasting a year but I don't really have any idea of how long the campaign will last. You will need access to discord to be able to talk to each other and roll20 to play the game.

Before the campaign starts there will be a session 0 where we will be sorting out any details or problems you may have and possibly play a small amount as well. The campaign will be mainly focused on story-wise and roleplay. Each character will start at LV 3. Your character can have whatever design you want and it can have homebrew content but I will need to look at it and see how fair it is. Write your character sheet on a pdf and send it to me so I can have a copy too.

Hey! Brand new player based in AEST (GMT +10), essentially never played before apart from a one-shot with my friend group. I've done my fair share of research into the game and have watched a few campaigns which has got me interested in trying out a roleplaying experience.

Will your campaign be in 5e? If so I've got a level 1 dragonborn wizard which I can email you, and I can upgrade it to level 3. I can cover some more details about myself and when I can play in an email as well.
