new player looking for group

I am a new player looking to join in a group i am familiar with the basic of d&d but could definitely use a more experience player or dm to help me along.  I may also have an additional friend who is new to d&d as well who would also be willing to join if needed to fill out a group.  you can reach me on discord  digital 420 gaming#6171 though i am new to discord as well.  I am on the older side so i would at least prefer to play with people that are at least of legal drinking age
