Hello all!

I'm Book, and I'm a veteran DM looking to run a short horror adventure for those who appreciate those kinds of things! I've been playing D&D and similar games since I was very young (9 years old, now 31), from 2nd Ed AD&D, through 3rd/3.5, 4E, Pathfinder, and now 5E and have had many amazing opportunities to expand my love for the game in my life professionally and therapeutically. Ravenloft, dark gothic horror, and cosmic mind-bending ****ery are some of my favorite playgrounds as a gamer. I am queer myself, as well as neuro-divergent and will not accept those who discriminate in any manner at my "table". 

This game is free to play and will not be streamed.

Game System: D&D 5e
Group preferred: Discord (Voice, Video Optional), DND Beyond is a Plus but not necessary.
Experience: Any and All are Welcome

Availability and Timezone: Eastern Time (UTC -4) Game likely to be scheduled on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
Game style: Ravenloft-style Eldritch Horror game, Roleplay/Story Focus, but there will be a healthy amount of combat.

Players should be 18+, prepared for content that could be very sensitive, violent, and upsetting. I will be asking my players about any potential triggers or points of extreme discomfort (The purpose is to scare and play a memorable story, not cause panic attacks or scars). I would like for this to be a near theatric experience for my players and will be putting effort into building the atmosphere accordingly, so please come in open-minded and leave your murder-hobo hat on the rack.

Currently considering a broad range of schedule options for this, mainly on the aforementioned days.

Hi there! Im very intrigued by the game style you’ve described - and by DND in general, but have yet to ever find a party to learn and play with. I lack experience but am hopeful to learn. Happy to VC too. I love to RP, and I’m constantly lost in my thoughts while scribbling down stories.

I use BST, so will be five hours ahead, but with a free schedule I am sure I can make things work. Still figuring myself out, but certain I am on the asexual spectrum, and I’m friendly and talkative once the old nerves settle down xd

Hello! This all sounds right up my alley. Just by your writing style alone, I can tell I'd get along with you. 

I'm 28, nonbinary, queer, and deff not neurotypical. My experience with D&D is a few one-shots in college and have been playing in 2 separate campaigns for the last 6 months. I'm a professional illustrator, freelance. Mostly I do work in character design and concept art. 

Currently I'm in 2 other campaigns, one on Wednesday and the other on Saturday. My schedule is very flexible as I work remotely most of the time. 

Role-playing is my strength. I'm an all-star. I can do improv, voices, acting. I enjoy that aspect of the game a lot lol. I'm no strategist, just average in combat but give it my all every time.

Hi.  I am Nedka.  I gamed for 20 years, starting when I was 12, spanning the first three editions.  I have been away for a while; I missed everything from 3.5 and up, but 5e looks really easy to learn.  I am LGBTQ friendly, a nurse, educator, and special needs minister, so I am nice in person.  In a game, I like blood.  I love getting into character and staying there, no debating with the DM, no fighting with teammates (unless that is in character).  Despite my experience, I am like a newbie at the moment: all this technology is new to me: my last game ended in an AOL chat room where we were thrilled to have an online dice roller.  I have Roll20 and DNDBeyond, I have a First level, Elf, Monk, rolled and created on Roll20.  I do not understand Discord yet.  If you are willing to give me a chance, I stick with a campaign and live for game nights.  I hope to hear from you.

Hopping on this train in the hopes that I'm not too late. I'm Nic, I'm 28, I've been playing d&d on and off since I was in my early twenties, and I'm also queer and neurodivergent. I've been in a few groups since the whole pandemic gave me a lot of free time to get back into playing, but they've all either fallen apart after one session or I've left due to general discomfort (murder-hobos, clash of personalities). If you're still considering applicants, here's a bit about me:

I've been playing for closing in on 3 years now, with a lot of experience playing in multiple campaigns every week since I began. I have also been DMing almost as long, and have run to completion 1 long-term 100-session homebrew campaign and am currently DMing 3 other campaigns simultaneously throughout the week. I've been in about 2-3 games that have come to their proper conclusion, and countless more that haven't had the chance to finish. I am pretty flexible when it comes to what sort of character I play and can bring a lot of ideas to the table, so I can work easily with whatever the party is looking to do - provided it's not murder-hobo-y. It's important to me that a table is respectful of everyone and doesn't talk over each other on purpose and gives everyone time to shine, and is respectful to the DM (such as showing up on time to every session, prioritizing the game in one's schedule except where impossible, being deeply invested in the worldbuilding and lore and story of the game, and not trying to argue DM rulings, among other things of course).

We haven't uploaded in awhile but there's about 60 hours of content available.
