My name is Drake, and I am a middle school teacher trying to incorporate DnD more into his unit for next year! I want to find a long term campaign to start as the summer starts. I am particularly looking for Candlekeep Mysteries as I think that will give me a lot of ideas for the unit. Preferably looking for an experienced DM...and even willing to pay!
Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: New Location/Timezone: EST Availability: Wed-Fri, evenings; Sat-Sun, all day Preferred role: Player Game style: Any style is fine by me, as long as the group has a principled commitment to diversity and acceptance.
I am actually getting ready to start a new campaign and looking for it to be long term. It is in a homebrew world and not a pregenerated campaign setting. It will incorporate aspects and concepts from several of the core rulebooks though.
In being transparent I am currently looking at somewhere between 2 and 4 seats open. I am waiting to hear back from the rest of my typical players to have an actual head count.
We are LGBTQ+ friendly. Myself and another player fall in to that community and intolerance will be met with an iron fist wrapped within a velvet glove. We do have a couple players outside the EST/EDT timezone but this is the time we use to schedule by.
We use discord for voice chat and FoundryVTT for our maps, tokens, and rolls. Character creation will be done through DnDBeyond. I will have a better idea of how many seats I have open after this Sunday. If you all have not found a campaign by then and I have enough spots for the 4 of you; you are welcome to join. Most likely our sessions will be Sunday evenings by the way.
