Note: This is gonna be a bit extensive, this is mostly due to my bad experiences with groups and me making sure I avoid any red flags! I am not snobbish, I promise! I am however, a big ol nerd.
Howdy! My name is Faeriewild! I am nonbinary and go by they/them and I am 20 years old! As it so happens, I want to join a D&D 5e campaign that runs long-term! I live in the Central Standard Timezone and am available on Tuesday evenings, Wednesdays and Sundays- but I may be able to work with other days other than Thursdays!
I typically enjoy your standard fantasy games, with an emphasis on roleplay and storybuilding, but I adore some good ol' hack and slash combat as well and even exploring! I'm 110% friendly to homebrew, especially if the lore is fleshed out! I'd like a game that is LGBTQ+ friendly and that just likes to have fun!
For more specifics, I'ma make a few bullets as to what I am looking for and not!
What I would like:
- A fun campaign that allows the party to develop their characters
- Preferably a group that is 18 or older for my own comfort's sake
- An enjoyable storyline that the party can get immersed in
- A group filled with wonderful people who are accepting and fun!
- A DM who I can communicate with about my character and who I can work with to play a character that I can enjoy while also being respectful to the balance and setting of the campaign!
What I would not like:
- A group that is racist, homophobic or otherwise bigoted
- A campaign with 0 story or planning
- A DM whose unwilling to work with players or communicate with them
- A group who is unable to act maturely and with at least some tact
- A westmarch style campaign. I'd rather have just one campaign, not a oneshot.
- ANY game that is Pay to Play.
