Introduction

Under raging storm clouds, the vampire Count Strahd von Zarovich stands silhouetted against the ancient walls of Castle Ravenloft. Rumbling thunder pounds the castle spires. The wind’s howling increases as he turns his gaze down toward the village of Barovia. A lightning flash rips through the darkness, but Strahd is gone. Only the howling of the wind fills the midnight air. The master of Castle Ravenloft is having guests for dinner—and you are invited.

Welcome to my game! My name is Seth and I will happily be running this game. For my games I will be allowing all official books to be allowed during character creation AND I can certainly be persuaded into homebrew classes/races (Upon myself reviewing it ofc).

Expectations of players
I expect players to have a decent connection/mic (No need for a great mic just a consistent connection!). I expect players to not be creeps and to have a touch of manners. I understand life happens and you will not always be available for the session but some early warning if you cannot make it would be appreciated. I also expect the players to make actual adventures that want to be “Heroic” and are not just going to do nothing!

What to expect from the DM
I would like to think I am a fairly “Relaxed” DM that invokes fun and tense moments. I am NOT a Voice Actor BUT I will be trying to give interesting voices to NPC’s.I will be glad to help build a character from scratch (Backstory and all). Expect to have custom backstory quests and NPCs within the land of Barovia. I will have curated music/audio to play on most occasions throughout the game. I will encourage detailed backstories that are heavily tied to other players and the setting. EXPECT ME TO ASK THE PLAYERS FOR WHAT TYPE OF GAME/WHAT TYPE OF FUN THEY WANT FROM THIS GAME.
