New Player, looking for a mentor 21+

I am new to DnD been wanting to play for a long time. Lack of friends and knowledge of anything about it kept me from playing. I just found DnD Beyond and really want to play. I dont have anyone to talk to about it or anything.

I run a new player community with an active weekend campaign (Sat and Sun 11am - 4pm). We don't mind if you don't know the difference between a dwarf and a dragon. Most of our community is 30+ and we started together back in March. So we're experienced enough to set you up, but still new enough to know how overwhelming everything can be.

You are welcome to join our community, but we have a couple rules if you wish to consider committing to campaigns:

1. Attendance: let us know beforehand if you cannot attend.

2. Inclusivity: characters may bicker, but players should get along.

3. Feedback:  we are new players and everyone is welcome to try their hand at DMing, but if you see issues in-or-out of the game let us know.
