Hi there! I’m looking for players to join my new campaign set in the world of Toril (Forgotten Realms). While it will be a balanced game (epic fantasy), I am also looking for players who like serious roleplay and don’t mind writing a well thought out backstory. 

We’ll be using Discord for Voice/Chat (I’ll add you to the server once I have everyone), Roll 20 for battle maps, and D&D Beyond for Character Sheets

Story: A group of adventurers, bonded by their shared desire for revenge, seek to bring down the red dragon Kordak and all other evil doers of the land.

4. What is your favorite class? I have played most of the classes and I enjoyed all of them. I tend to avoid Artificers and Druids cause of the crunch needed but I have no qualms playing those either

   I've been DMing a game set in Wildemount for about half a year and about to start DMing Curse of Strahd for my players. As a player, I've been playing in an online game for the past 2 or so months.

   I got into DnD from watching Critical Role a couple years ago. I was hooked right from the beginning, but it took me a while before I could work up the nerves to get a game started. Now that I have, I'm having the time of my life. I love RP and getting my character into crazy shenanigans with other PCs (to a limit, of course).

   I  have been playing for close to 10 years now if not more, my longest campaign being a year and a half

   I perfer a smooth blend of both, roleplay heavy is fine but some combat is needed

   My primary classes tend to be heavy on Warlock (necromancer- path of the undying) Rogue and Barbarian

   I am a DM for a few games but have been trying to find a steady game to play in, I am fine with both homebrew and non, when it come to homebrew, anything that I have created is evened out to have heavy backlashes on my character and I have been told that some of my characters are the most intresting that people have seen with extensive thought out backgrounds as well as avoiding the typical "I want to be a hero" theme that a lot of player tend to fall into 

What's your experience with dnd (if any)? I have about 6 months experience, but I haven't played since the COVID shutdown back in March 2020.

Which do you prefer: roleplaying or combat? I've played mostly one-shots, so combat is what I'm familiar with, but I have roleplay experience in other contexts.

What is your favorite class (If you haven't played before what looks the most interesting)? While I enjoyed my Rogue and Barbarian, I'm very exploratory and open to playing pretty much anything.

Tell me a little about yourself. I am a writer and a reader. Creating characters—some with backstories, some without—is something I do for fun. I enjoy learning languages and going down random YouTube and/or Research Rabbit Holes! :P
