Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: a few years Location/Timezone: AEST (GMT +10) Availability: Negotiable Preferred role: Player Game style: Open-minded. Love a good puzzle and a quality fight.
*NOTE I'm looking to be a player in a group. I devote enough time to coming up with content for my active group as it is and want to adventure from the other side of the screen.*
Hey! My name's Gerarde, but just call me Jed. What you need to know about me is my city is in lockdown, I'm slowly rebuilding my business as a personal trainer, I'm a student studying nutrition online, and that makes me available pretty much any one night of the week. I was a nerd growing up, and played the crap out of nWoD, regularly seeing the sun come up, but now I have more moderate tastes. I generally like to keep my play sessions to 5 hours.
I'm looking for a group that will be chasing a good narrative and will let me explore mechanics from a player's point of view. I'm an active DM for a family group in the Eberron setting and own copies of most sourcebooks. I like slightly goofy, more laid-back styles, and will generally go with a DM ruling rather than spend time looking rules up or arguing about whether an ability hit or not, and prefer when the DM actually plays the character they put in front of us. I don't need hand-holding and can build a character reasonably quickly.
I prefer live sessions to play by post (except during downtime or negotiating things with the DM outside of the session.) I'm happy to play a two-three session bit character as well. I know Eberron quite well, but will play any setting as long as I know the constraints and get crash-coursed in the group ettiquette/setting culture.

Hello I might be interested what would be an optimal time to start or when we need it what would be a good communication method?
