New player Looking for Group

Hey y’all I’m new to DnD I’m looking for a group but due to my work schedule being slightly unpredictable at times I would like a open online group that if I missed sessions it wouldn’t be the end of the world.

I’m from South Texas so in the central time zone. Currently Sundays are the only day I’m available at least for the next month and then my schedule changes. 

I do have a character mostly ready, a level 1 Elven Ranger and really only thing I need help with is polishing off the back story. I can provide the details later.
