This campaign is an ambitious long-term campaign. The storyline, NPC, the world, and Lore is been refine, revised, and replayed several times. It cost me over 10k in miniatures, software, equipment, other items. The storyline is my own creation but the Lore is favorite Fantasy Series called "The SpellMonger". You will hear terms like enneagram, Aeronite, garvani. If you already know the series then you already have an advantage as a player.
I have dice and miniature for player's use. I have the books and beyond ultimate subscription, dice, and miniatures. All you have to do is let go, immerse yourselves in the story and have fun with your fellow players. I usually provide food. I typically do catering since I don't have enough time to cook, but please don't expect anything fancy.
I have an Ultimate Tabletop table that can hold six people.
I have Dungeons tiles like dwarven forge, warlock, and custom setting miniature.
I use fantasy ground (at the moment) for content management and custom macros and Synrinscape for sound effects. I have plenty of miniatures and Pathfinder Prawns that I can leverage to create an immersive gameplay experience. The players almost feel like they're part of cinematic movies when playing one of my sessions. Our campaign is setup in Dndbeyond and content is set to "sharing".
As a DM. I don't worry too much about the D&D 5e rule. The players govern themselves on proper gameplay mechanics; It's a game! If you feel you need to cheat, that's for your to decide. At the end of they what matters is we all have fun. That's the end goal. My job as a DM is to deliver the best content I can possible create with available tools.
I'm looking for experienced players playing D&D (preferred 5 through 3.5 experience transfer over). I'm looking for someone who can go out of their shell and dive into full immersion in their characters. The story revolves around them, and their gameplay style will affect the campaign story. The campaign is not a hack and slash, fetch-quest kind of adventure.
Our group must foster a place where no one will judge you or ridicule players for their play style. We will have LGBTQ team members (at least the DM for sure lol, me). That being said, open-mindedness and tolerance are not an option but a requirement. ladies and gents be respectful of the straight team members and vise versa.
If this sounds good to you please me? and what you like about D&D, what's your favorite character!
I usually start with several one-off campaigns to see if the players get along well before investing in them. The one-off will help me figure out if the chemistry is right between players and forester the open-mindedness I look for.
After the one-offs, we'll have one more session of character building, and I'll go over the campaign setting, a high overview of the Lore, theology, homebrew rules, items, spells, etc. but most importantly, I'll help you every-step-on-the-way to create the best that fits your play style.
hehehe thank you! it's good once you built it. it comes in pieces like IKEA furniture lol. the company went bankrupt i think but they started as a kickstart project.
