[LFP][Online][5E][Sunday 20:00 CEST] Need 1 player to help bring justice to Cultists, Demons, Devils and even Dragons!

As the demonic invasion intensifies in the north,, and with the south trying to recover from the war between Ironmaw and Canaar, fiends and their allies have begun growing their influence across Eithor, proving more and more difficult to root out for both the Magistari and the Dawnbringers. Desperation in the major cities has more people leaning towards crime and deals with creatures of fiendish and fey nature; in a desperate attempt to solve the conflicts, the Magistari and the Dawnbringers have made an unlikely, secretive alliance and formed a small inquisition in hopes of dealing with the growing cults before things get worse.

Key points:

The idea; The characters will be a small band of crime-fighters, lawmen or inquisitors that travel across Eithor in hopes of dealing with the darker, more major crimes of both man and creature - rooting out cults and their allies, fighting the influence of evil dragons and seeking to right the wrong in the world in an attempt to give the nations a fighting chance in the current large scale conflict of a demonic invasion from the Abyssal Mountains in the north, and the growing devilish influence in the south.

I'm looking for 1 more player (ages 18+) to join a new campaign of 5th ed D&D in a homebrew setting.

Less experienced, experienced players and veterans are all welcome

We will play every sunday starting at 20:00 Central European Summer Time

Challenging combat with detailed maps and tokens.

Mid to high tier campaign gameplay, starting at 7/8.

4-5 hours of dnd per session

Your IRL gender, sexuality, etc is of no concern, all are welcome as they are.

Will be playing in my homebrew medieval high-fantasy world

Who I am

Hello, I'm Martin, I'm 28. I've been DM'ing in TTRPs for 13 years, starting at quite a young age as a way to let my imagination loose. I'm a university student, doing my Masters in History and English. I like to run campaigns that are serious, with good roleplay and challenging combat; campaigns where the players get to feel like heroes through hard work and doing good deeds in the world. I'm very much a fan of 'traditional DnD' with Dungeons and Dragons being important to the world, and an open world with different storylines the party can follow.

What I offer

Availability - I will be around on Discord for any questions and the like you might have during the week, regarding characters, campaign or anything else.

Experience - I have played Dungeons and Dragons for many years, and DM'ing for the vast majority of them. My campaign will include battlemaps from map creators for every scenario, tokens, lighting as well as voices for characters in the world.

A homebrewed world and campaign, in a world full of wonders, mysteries, magic, intrigue and evil. The evil will take shape in Demons, Devils and Dragons, whom are the major villains in my world.

As far as the play setup

Be playing 5th ed D&D, 90% RAW. Rule-of-cool allowed, if a player wants to do something not by the book, simply state what you'd like to do, and we'll figure out if it's possible - the dice will often decide.

Point Buy, level 7/8 start.

Character creation is 27 point buy.

All official material + Unearthed Arcana are allowed.

Few 'goodies' at character creation, such as magic item + 1 feat for free.

Using milestone leveling.

House rules are few, and none of them are big game-changers.

What I expect of you

Be respectful to others you're playing with

Want to work as a team

Enjoy roleplaying as well as combat, and wish to take the roleplaying and the game serious.

Have a good set of headphones/microphone - no background noise clutter

Will show up weekly on time, communicate during downtime and respond to messages

I don't want any;

Edgy characters / orphan-burning chaotic evil characters or 'murder hobo' ones

PVP or people resorting to PVP to settle arguements in-character

Unreliable people

Any form of sexual play, this includes things such as trying to seduce everyone or visit brothels. It is a no from me.
